But to the OP... when I wanted to see who owned the field where there were some steel fence panels sitting for almost a month, I went to google & searched for Collin County Texas Tax Assessor, and then Collin County Texas Appraisal District. One of those two searches using your own State & county should get you to their website where, hopefully, you can look up the property in question on a map, and it'll tell you who owns it. Unless the name is John Smith or something, that oughta be all you need to find out a phone # through switchboard.com or *gasp*
