Sure am. I was wondering what it was myself. Maybe to do with how active you are on the forum?
I'm sure the tinfoil hat people will have fun with this!
Maybe when the bar becomes full you can do a power move or something.
Well looking at the stats of other people it isnt because of number of post but, there might be a correlation between the number of times thanked. Those that have been thanked more have more green bars. that is my guess.

times thanked. 0-99 1 bar, 100-200 2 bars, 200-300 3 bars. and so on. so it seems
