    231 small electric motors

Went to get something off free on cl and he had these. Sold them all to me for $30 ($.15 ea). Broke one down and it had just over a half pound of #2 copper in it. Cast alum ends. I also cut all the little wires, little more tedious but a few pounds. We got most the breakdown done today, a little bit yesterday, phew. Well besides cutting, still have to cut pry and pick tomorrow as you can see in the last pic. Sleepy time now.

Those big tan solid metal blocks came out of that x ray stuff I got recently, nice little anvils, perfect for transformers/motors and we punched the centers out with a 2x4. Cutting them with a diamond edge "metal cutting" blade in my grinder, works good on the copper, and before I cut them I cut the string with the grinder.
