If I am not mistaken, paypal does not impose fees for personal transfers. If I send someone a paypal bill, does it become a "business" transaction with a fee? Thx

I for one am totally un-impressed with paypal and probably will never use it again. They charged over 20.00 and are holding the funds for 21 days on a CPU shipment I made to one of our buyers.
My point I was making is that my bank offers the same kind of service with the exception that there are no fees and the transaction happens in real time.

I just started selling on ebay/paypal, but if you're sending a paypal bill I would assume you're going to incur some sort of fee. I think you can have them send you the cash as a transfer, and not be charged, but i'm not 100 percent sure. Most I've had to wait is 3 days once a package has been received by a customer, but after either 90 days, 25 transactions, or $250 in sales they should be instant.
