This is a short-notice online auction of assets that didn't sell in a previous auction. The inventory is from a high-tech R&D / manufacturing operation, and all of it is located in Ottawa. Since this wasn't a scheduled auction, there are fewer bidders participating, and so far many of the prices look pretty good (at least to me).
