My first time going after something on govdeals just on a shot a threw down a $10 bid on this load 6 Gate boxes (yellow), 1 FAPD SST Ticket Spitter, 2 FAPD ticket spitters. old (15-20 years old). And after tax and fees the total was $11.85. Can't pick it up till next week I'll post more once I get it.

Update picked up everything today and after just looking at the stuff I took one of the ticket machines apart took about an hour because I was more interested in how it worked than taking it apart.
    Totals from one ticket unit

    Dirty Aluminum 2#
    Steel 12#
    4 mid boards 2#
    1 low grade board 1#

Did you know they were aluminum when you placed your bid? What a nice surprise.

Cool score. The aluminum is a find. Here the competition is fierce for anything electrrical, metal or motorized. Have seen guys at the local university auction go at it over a medium sized dumspter full of shred steel paying over a $150 bucks for it. I looked at what they bought. At 2.5 cents a pound they would be lucky to get $20 for it all. Made no sense but isn't auction fever great epecially if it's your stuff they are fighting over.
