Ebay Returns Paypal keeps $0.30 fees.

    Ebay Returns Paypal keeps $0.30 fees.

    So not to long ago, PayPal changed its policy and now when an item is refunded PayPal keeps the $0.30 processing fee. I don't really have an opinion if it's right or not but just wanted to let everyone know.
