So this little guy has a nice bit of copper on the base then that tube running through the middle is coper as well. Those (aluminum) fins are not easy yo remove. I have 100 will be getting 150 more, any ideas? I have not sold any scrap yet I am stocking what I have to make a big push. Would you try and remove all the aluminum to get at the copper?

At the Very least take a hatchet and cut off the copper tubes. If the rest is too time consuming sell them as copper/aluminum fin radiators (1.25 to 1.50/ # on them is a decent price).

I sell my heat sinks with copper as clean aluminum/copper radiators. Got 1.30# the other day. Too much time/work to remove aluminum from the copper. I would rather spend my time braking down computers. My .02
