Wtf ? You buy the property and pay taxes every year, which almost always go up, and they tell you what you can and can't have in your own yard ? Don't get me wrong but if it's in the backyard and out of sight who cares ? With all the problems we have right now I think they'd be more concerned with the foreclosure sign in the front yard not the "large amount of scrap metal" in the back yard.
