i am in az. i have never scrapped hard drives before. are they worth it?

I have taken some hard drives a aprt. The top is stainless and the core of the drive is aluminum. Also has some copper in it.

The boards are good as well and can bring a good return @ the right spot.
The discs have a small amount of platinum on them and can fetch a fair price on Ebay, but you will need to have several pounds to make it worthwhile for a refiner to buy.
