why would they use their own, they dont even use their own to guard the gates, or cook the food, that way they have more opertunity to reward their friends, spend more money, and fill their pockets with your money.

no one is more wastefull then the government, espicialy the military proqurement devision (civilian) thats why most good government auctions are gold mines, and the insiders and those "in the know" come in at the last minite and blow every bid away, they know exactly where the nuggets are,
