Many of the parts of computer like hard drive, monitor are easy to recycle but some of them are complex to recycle like CPU RAM, SSD. Is there any company that even recycle complex parts of computer?

Go to buyer section lots of buyers
RAM and CPUs are very easy to recycle though. You just take them out and put them in a box and ship. It's not like motherboards where you have to remove heatsinks, or items where you have to do disassembly. If someone drops off RAM or HDDs in my E-Waste bins, I look at it like they just left me free money

I've found that most of the lazy scrapers go for the ram and leave the rest. They're like the cord cutters. Minimal effort.
Gotta give some credit for ecogreen for a sorta coherent and on topic AI spam. That said the steel or aluminum frame is the easiest -engineering wise- part to recycle.
For me CPU's, RAM and SSD's are the easiest to recycle. Fill up a large priority box and send it to a buyer here at the SMF.
To me, none of it is hard or difficult to do (as opposed to easy) except some Macs can be a PIA but it's mostly a factor of how much time it takes. Certainly ram, in most cases, would be easiest and quickest but if you only grab the ram you only get the gravy
and not the meat and potatoes- processor, heat sink( AL / CU) HDD, CDROM, power supply, motherboard- finger boards etc. This can add up to a lot of lost revenue if you are doing quantities.
Remember... wherever you go... there you are
