    mega deal (whale) up date

though we havent gotten the final signiture, we do have a tentive go. remember we have to agree to remove all the "worthless junk" as part of the agreement. we wanted a couple samples of the hard drives from the servers to see what problems we may incure dismanteling them after they have beenrun through the distructo machine. so while my partner was there they loaded up his pickup and a small trailer with some of the perifial junk we have to dispose of.

at the danger of sounding girlish "OH MY GOD"

the trailer was packed with 3phase powerstrips 5 foot long, with 4/6 guage 10 foot copper cable ( dam* dont know how Im going to get rid of these ". several boxes of rack equipment (sliders shelves etc.) server switches with another 10 foot copper cable the same size as the other the switches contain hi grade mother boards or finger cards not sure how they will be graded. they are like a mother board but with fingers.

a box of CPUs mostly fibre or ceramic ADM type most pined some pinless but with an extra row of gold down eqch side of the top of the chip.

any way just looks tooooooo good to be true at this point.

the word is now they may just go ahead and switch out all 12,000 servers over the next 2 years instead of just half of them.

Partner says things are progressing well, should have an answer in about 2 weeks. the current hold up is weather they want documented destruction on each individual Item or not. since they have already drilled the hard drives at their location I really dont see the need for this, hope they see it my way.
