Once it hits the curb, it's public property around by me. But I have been stopped by police one time, called in by a resident, for driving slow with a suspicious amount of goodies in my truck in a neighborhood around 2am. Cops pulled up on me while I was knee deep in a pile of garage sale leftovers too. Fun times.
