todays scrap tussle

Ok, Pickup girlfriend from work.
We have been watching this rolloff In East Orlando on a bank remodel and it had a Steel door from bank and a small office half cubicle. The cubcle is made from 3 or 4 inch x 1 inch extruded aluminum. My girlfriend and I have a hard time getting out the steel door on the shorty long rolloff dumster. We get in and get it lifted up on the edge when this joker in a mitsu minivan and a bankers shirt rolls up. He says I am killing my girlfriend by making her help me? I tell her she is stonger than me. He offers to help but we and we already have it on the edge. I get out and he gets one end and I get the other and put it in my cutlass trunk as I brought the wrong car for the job. He then says he should split what we found with him. I said NO. I said he offered to help and that would not be helping my wallet.
I, knowing what a mess this could be just let it go as it was raining and I was just picking up my lady from work on my day off. The guy said he was a security gaurd at the bank, and a scrapper too. I knew he fit the MO, haha. I said to my woman "lets go." My girlfriend is a extremely nice and it took a while for it to sink in to her that we got had. Went another mile and we proceded to find a laptop working and 280 lbs of steel at the next roll off. So Karma is a *****.

I think where he said "knowing what a mess this could be just let it go" meant that he decided to leave it. So that's how he "got had."
