Like a quarter glued to the floor at a candy store...NJ place

So I am driving along Rockaway Valley Rd and where it makes a turn there is a small bridge with a guard rail. I see a nice Honda aluminum rim with a torn up tire sitting under the guard rail. I say to myself, nice $20 just sitting there. I should do some public service and remove that debris from the side of the road. I park off to the side and run back to it. I go to pick the rim up and realize the **** thing is pinned under the guard rail from the force of whatever accident the car was in! So like when someone super glues a quarter to the floor and all the kids try to pick it up, I felt a little teased and drove off. I didn't have a pry bar with me, so as far as I know, it may still be there.
Here is the Google street view of it:

Good luck to any NJ scrapper and take a picture of it so others can see what the hell I was talking about.

Okay the link didn't work. It looks like 342 Rockaway Valley Rd, not far from Booton Township Fire house.

Cool! I think there was also a rotor attached too. They had to hit pretty hard to wedge it in there and shear off the front suspension, so bring some long pry tools. That bend in the road is blind, so be careful as cars are flying by.

    Go get it, Filthy!

Might want to take a small jack along as raising the guard rail might be the easiest way to unwedge the rim.
If it wasn't for the $ in $crap, it would just be.....
