So, I have been transitioning from a garbage company to an E-waste recycling facility.. I am keeping a few employees to separate and process material.. Took some stuff apart with one of my foreman in the shop.. The look on his face as he took apart a few towers, printer, an few old modems was incredible. He was having a blast. I will need him to teach a small crew how to take everything apart as we get moving. He picked it up very quickly and enjoyed it immensely. He kept saying, "I always wondered what (insert computer part here) looked like!"
When we cleaned up and went back to work he couldn't believe how many cuts were on his hands.. He just kept laughing like a little school kid about how he was so excited he didn't even realize he cut himself..
Good times ahead!
