My wife loves going to garage sales and so do I. I find lots of cool stuff at a fraction of its original cost and I can usually find some scrap items. Today I managed to buy 35lbs of wire (old extention cords, computer cable etc) for $8.00, an old David Bradley chainsaw for 5 bucks (starts with starter fluid and is complete) and a foot pedal carton stapler plus a huge box of copper staples for $10.00. Owner wanted it gone! I dont know what the hell I am going to do with it, but for ten bucks.... Ill try

Good score, but I have my doubts of those staples being copper. Put a magnet to em.
Metal staples are plated by immersion, a light coating of copper is attracted to the iron - electromotive series of metals.
