hows this for a scrap find

two guys who own an exploration co. anounced to day they brought up 48 tons of silver today from a ww2 english freighter the estimated total is 270 tons. my calculator wont go high enough to figgure the ounces.



guess we need to watch the silver futures.

Olddude, that isn't very nice. I just found Pentium pro processor today and you share this news. I'm no longer on cloud nine. How the heck do I compete with 270 tons of silver? I cant even imagine what that might look like. I didn't even think that's possible. No wonder why the ship sank.

If my math is right, it's 8,640,000 ounces - based on a 16 oz

Troy oz would be 7,874,999.949

Site I put some numbers into says it would be between 215 to 236 million bucks. Not a bad find.
