    Tv's

    As i took apart 12 TV's to day , I am wondering if I get a surprise visit from a code enforcer, is what i am doing legal . There is no burning going on - just prep for yolk and boards and building up a bucket of wire - Now in honesty some tubes did breach at yolk - so does that cause a legal issue. I live around some fancy Hoity toyitys so I figure I look about the same as the people who take apart stuff in china - relatively speaking - to them
