However, I been using my steel yard for everything, because they take a lot of non ferrous stuff, that the other yard doesn't take, and they also give me better pricing a lot of times.

ha, that's funny, the one I use is the exact opposite. Steel yard does exact change, and non ferrous is a rounder.
