You are welcome to my part of the country anytime and you can put your baby cooler inside a real cooler to keep it safe. I would provide you with a safe place as well where the deer and the antelope play. Tater you are welcome as well, we can measure the amount of dirt on our equipment with a yard stick.

Radio Receiving Equipment AN/APR4 is a search receiver designed to measure the frequency of radar or radio signal within its frequency range. It is a superheterodyne type of receiver, complete in itself, but may be used with associated equipment.
95lbs according to that link, an uses tubes!
Hope you decide to sell it to a collector or something, be a shame to see it scrapped.

From what I can understand of it...it was usually installed shipboard to measure radar frequencies...sometimes they would use it in combo with a jammer unit to jam the signals.
Definitely cool.

The RT-7/APN-1 half of it is showing as a Radar Altimeter used on Bombers during WWII, so plane in this case...not ship. LOL

Woke up to a wind chill of -19, pickup that didn't want to start and then the key broke off as well. Hate this Artic weather something fierce !

Broken key, bummer. I lost so many keys all my vehicles are set up to bypass the key except my hauling truck. One less thing to break, loose, or jab in my pockets. I also disconnected the locks on my run abouts so I don't lock myself out. If a neighbor needs transportation, they can just take the truck and I will get it back when it runs out of fuel. Life on the prairie.

Got it started one more time and into the comfort of a 70 degree shop to change the tumbler. And looking at higher temps, into the 40's by the weekend so looking up for sure!

Going to pickup my first vehicle tonight of 2014, austin heily jeep ! Pics will be posted as soon as its on the trailer! And I forgot to mention its a right hand drive, which is first ever I've found.

I know you're not one who likes to sit with things too long, but If its in decent shape, try selling it. Iv never heard of an austin healey JEEP. Sounds rare.
