My first load today

Took in my scrap aluminum and stainless steel. Got $23.10 for sixty pounds of al. and six of ss. Not a big haul, but it's going in the pot toward a new hand gun. My goal is to collect $280 for a .22 all from recycling.

Hey that's a start! You'll easily get that new pistol if you keep it up. Throw an ad on Craigslist offering to haul away unwanted scrap. Put the word out to friend and family. Good luck!

Scrapping just bought my new Smith & Wesson M&P .40 compact. It took all summer of part-time scrapping and picking, we had a couple of garage sales with the curb-shopped merchandise, but I got my gun, my daughter got her expenses paid so she could be shipped off to band camp, and life is good.
