    Goodwills around here quit taking most old furniture....They say it's to big and most of the times they just end up having to dispose of it

    in highschool I was a donation attendant at a GW...people would bring old nasty couches and other furniture in all the time...as soon as they left the lot we would wheel it back to the compacter and load it in....then there were times it went in crooked or got jammed up, so we'de jump in with bow saws and cut them up...so I can understand if and why they quit taking them...
