I'd do it but in the end would this help the curb scraper by putting some of us out there , still for much of America we are the unknowns .

I have been wanting to post something about a documentary that I seen recently. It was about ewaste recycling in China. Apparently ewaste I am sure that comes from the US ends up in these escrap ghettos in CHina where they take them apart burn them and live and eat amongst the escrap. You can imagine the unhealthy environmental risks associated with this scenario. I think the worker said he makes about 12.00 a day probably less. So it sort of took the wind out of my sails in possibly taking up ecycling. Pretty sad stuff. Since we are on the subject of documentary.

TinnMann, that's why I try to sell to a responsible buyer that you can check their downstream (at least a ways) to see if it's staying here or not. You can make choices. It isn't always about the best price. Sometimes you have to try to let your conscience be your guide.

At least I hope I'm making the right choice, maybe not fooling myself.
I do know that every week I'm keeping around a truckload of ewaste out of the local landfill.

What can you really do about it , Boats come here with goods and go back with e - waste Consistently humans seem to choose destructive ways to exist
    --------------
I just tried a highly refined paint thiner no smell non flammable we could do any thing if we want
we are a dirty breed of beast that spend our money on being dirty . Just imagine if all in charge invested the wealth in being green in every thing we do . Example instead of the billions spent in war invest in clean fuel - unfortunately humans are just to war like to see past the clouds.
