    yet another example...

So I got a call from someone looking to get rid of some stuff. He ended up giving me a few laptops and other assorted stuff for free that he just wanted gone. This included a Super Nintendo that had power but didnt work. So I auctioned it on ebay along with the 14 games it came with. I was so excited when it hit $36 with a minute left (plus another $15 in shipping). Well, went to check out the Prez debate and came back to find the final selling price at $107! Gotta love this job sometimes.

like everything else in life it is what you make of it. Ebay is a corporation just like any other, and they know what works for them and what doesnt. You have to take the good policies with the bad, and thankfully there is always Craigslist and other avenues to provide a similar service. The internet is a powerful tool, just like your favorite truck, screw gun or angle grinder. If you choose not to use one there are other ways to get the job done but just not as effective (imho).

I have an ebay Account and even have a 100 % good rating as a seller and buyer I sold copper - do and did ok with it could get more then the yard I am building up some good ebay copper, but the yards are less finicky as to soot and some burnt dirt .
Still I think I will use your post as inspiration to get back to it . I have so many things I found then rain hit it or lost .I need to organize .I don't have to get into what i find as what you find I find also as we all find what people discard and for the most part people have similar habits.
