    found a little today

    today i got two dishwashers a lawnmower and a winch anyone ever scrapped a winch?

    Well, there's my exwife...but seriously, I would check to see if the winch works or could be made to work, before scrapping. That thing can really come in handy when loading large and/or heavy objects.

    its fried wires are all burnt and theres no controler
