what is this

now i know that this would be as scrap a gold eprom class but i was trying to research these and came up empty to see if as whole not damaged if they are better to sell on ebay i have no idea what its called or any info in it if anyone can help i get these from the old school vhs camcorders

Its a CCD scanner chip. Coincedently I made a post yesterday about them. Definatly something to look out for, I don't know how to process it yet & I have 4 or 5 saved up, along with the longer chips from Faxes etc.
