    my computer pallet fun days

    so i went to the auction wed and bought a pallet of computers 54 total including 8 servers for $110 so this is my fun days breakdown so to speak which the best part was finding a i486 in one like a bonus or cherry on top fyi these were mostly dells lol. this is not including power sups as i wait on those untill a rainy day lol.



    720#s of tin @6cents = $43.20
    83#s motherboards = $311.25
    assorted cpus together $51.30
    hard drive boards 1.3#s $14.62
    cd/dvd/others in grade 5.7#s = $21.37
    finger boards 12.43#s = $55.31
    memory 1.6#s = $24.80
    server boards mix 5.6#s $23.80
    various alu copper sold at local yard price to make this fast and easy to break down 78#s alu @30c =$23.40 4.3#s copper @2.10=$9.03 alu/copper sinks goes as radiator price 17.4#s@28c =$4.87
    belt motors gears and such left will be sold later but for a total of $582.95-110 buy=$472.95+more later is not to bad at all for a nice proffit took me so far about 16hrs and prob another 12 to break down the rest it makes for a nice week

    wow wow wow i thought i did good on this already but wow i have to say when i opened up an hp server and found a tape mine yes ultrium 2 400gb tape cartridges 24 total never came across them do had to look um up and bam brand new these go for $25 at newegg so i called a friend of mine who did not want them but knew a person who did 2hrs later i get a call he offered me not only $7 each on them but when i told him i had the whole server and no cord though hes like no problem i got one to bring over and bam powered up pushed the number and the cute cartride retriver thing got it brought it out and everything so much fun i did not even know i could have he offered me $175 i was like well how about $250 and $5 each on the cartridges and no counter just pulls outs yummy cash and bam $370 now i know i could have gotten more im sure somewhere but this was easy fast and money and for paying $110 to begin with for the whole pallet its like eating cupcakes after eating my whole cake too lmafo this made for a great day

    Thats $9 in profit per computer processed. That is good money. Escrap pays alot better than a normal job anyway.
