    Being deprived of getting to flip through 200 TV stations in order to decide there's nothing on, and having only one station from which to reach the same conclusion

    I solved that problem at Christmas, bought a Roku box, and started getting Hulu + went with a lot smaller Sat package,mostly for the local channels.

    I cut that cord in the year 2000, and haven't looked back. Don't regret it a bit.
