new winch and new advertising

had a slow day today so we went and picked up 12000 ramsey from one of our wrecker services we deal with, new motor and new solenoids, to install on our new trailer, in between i bought a 03 sunfire and flipped it on the way home to a body shop that we deal with regularly. tonight i went by one of the local supermarkets where we purchased a sign on a park bench for two years, its also at another location across town

thanks guys, the ramseys are probably all we will get from now on, we burnt up two warns over the last year(one was self inflicted), we got three of the ramseys now and same solenoids and motor on all three, steve rebuilt the 2nd one we got so he knows all the ins and outs.

the signs were a bargain, a little over $10 a month for two locations paid up front for two years. not yet on the hvac but i will but most of the guys down here take care of their own but i will call next time i go by and get the rest of the number . The yard you bet, we got about 6 weeks of danger for winter weather left, we rarely get snow in march

with your volume, you prbably get a higher price than they do at the yard. maybe you can make an offer that saves them the trip to the yard

i dont know if its a love , at the time of purchase it was what we could afford, one ramsey came on the tow truck, the 2nd one we paid 150 for, put on a $90 motor and changed the fluids and new solenoids we have a little over $300 in it. it has slipped a few times but never more than 2 inches. the one we got from the wrecker service we only paid 400 for it. as far as the warns go one of them was a good winch but it just couldnt handle our abuse and we beat those cast casings to death. the one thing i miss about the warns is that they are twice as fast


Im gonna have to use it pretty quick to. i got a call a few minutes ago from the same wrecker guy i got the winch from and he gave me a number and said to call it quick. 75 cars from one spot, about 20 burnouts and about half of the 75 are complete im gonna meet the guy tomorrow with both trucks and try my best to make a deal. I'M HOPING THIS IS THE ONE IVE BEEN WAITING FOR
