i throw them in with ac adaptors when i get the. pays around a .25 per pound. We are not required to remove ends at our yard but i occasionally get some from the guys who have to cut their ends or strip them.
Anyone in Michigan take them??? I have two 5gal full of them
wes at resourceful recycling buys them. He is on the buyers page.
Tried to turn in plug ends like (rca, charger ends and such) as dirty brass but they would not take them this time. I cut off the brass on the regular plug ends and can turn in the rest of the plug with the ins wire. Went to another place and he will check for me. They are yellow brass with plastic coating 20 pounds worth LOL, and I need to remove them to get #2 ins wire price. If not into a washer or dryer for steel price they will go...
I took a coffee can full of ends and got a pound of brass out of them. Took me a little while but they went in as yellow brass at my yard @ 1.90/LB. Now I try to take the brass off as I get the ends right away.
TRG has it right on with the channel locks. It's how I go about it. Easy, an quick, once you get it down.

Channel locks and a vise make real quick work of the plug ends. I line up similar plugs and clamp down in the vise and go to town. Reset and do it again till im done.
