You just have to be quick. Get a smart phone or any internet capable phone and keep checking yourself. Or get wifey to do it while you are doing other things.

need to be careful doing curb alerts, ive heard of people doing curb alerts because there pissed off at there neighbors, so they help them get rid of some stuff
If you pick anything up make sure it is what it says it is and that it is on the curb, if its not on the curb dont take it reguardless of what the instructions say.
