Copper, Stainless, Aluminum, from the warehouse!

So this is my first post as a new member, but I reckon I'd share a success with ya. I work in a warehouse, and we got new equipment like forklifts, pickers and such. Anyway, bossman gave me the asset list of stuff that was "off the books", and had me pile up the stuff to get ready for a scrap run... Boy, I loved my job for those two weeks! I asked, "Hey, would you care if I took some parts as I go through this stuff?"
    "Nah, whatever you want, Man!"...
So I took the welding cable copper leads off the old chargers, cast aluminum pieces and Stainless off the old banding machines, smashed about 30 old computer monitors and took the coils, and all the plug wires I could grab... All while on the clock. As a plus, the boss gave me a gift card (which the wifey enjoyed) for a job well done.
After two months of stripping it down, I pulled a $450 run of copper, aluminum, and stainless!
    Best run EVER!

I hope you didn't literally "smash" the crt Monitors, other than that, good job. Double win, you got paid for "getting paid".

Smashing tubes is bad. Its like stealing candy from a baby, or kicking a cute lil puppy guarding your cooler. Not cool, and Karma is meaner then a ex wife. So like Mech..I hope you didn't smash them, if you did, this will make me sad.

Congrats on the double pay, and boo to smashing up monitors/tvs.

Sirscrapalot - Is out of tissues, dont make him sad.
