my knee has been hurting from biking

gotta do some cross training. I put on some heavy boots and went for a long hike in the hils behind my house (fuq da gym) brought a bag with a couple cans of beer and came back with a ****ton of ca cash refund cans and bottles

I also grabbed a long heavy pipe and used it as a weight to help excersuze my wrist i recently broke. carried/swung it all the way home; steel is at $0.11/lb right now, but that doesnt matter cuase it turns out its a lead pipe also found a pretty thick copper cable down there.

gonna go down there and carry a lot more steel up that hill, should make for some great excersize

No doubt scraping is a work out , Some times I'll have a empty truck load it and find out I loaded 500 pounds 125 loose - then i ask my self how did i get 375 in my van -Once i pushed and yanked a 300 lb fridge out of a dumpster. Some how I moved a 700 lb safe on to a jack to lift into my car. To this day I use that as a reference when i try to budge a object .

I am into fitness myself, I am a road cyclist and runner. Scrapping takes the place of weight lifting. When my friends see my guns they ask how many times per week I go to the gym, I tell them zero. Just watch your lifting technique and your back.

I do Crossfit. It is excellent way to build up strength. Although of course scrapping is a lot of lifting as well.

If that was a lead pipe it's worth at least .50 cents per lbs.

I have said it before but I'll say once more . The rim on the dumpster has made my Stomach core strong , I remember 3 years ago I would get on the rim slowly 10 seconds later i was grunting holding my breath going ammmmm eye balls popping - NOW I jump up land on the rim no grunting I breath normal and yank out hevy items.
I was recently Kicked in the Stomach and did not feel it at all But thats a story for a PM only.
