omg what a funny funny pick up

so one of my regulars who calls me to pick up stuff did today for 8 lcd monitors and keyboards. so I get there and he is a auction buyer as well and asked if I would take some office phones and I said sure and I got a whole pick up load over 300 and more to come. I am not sure if I can sell these there not bad but older and even so it will be only a few but there is still scrap value on these so for free it makes it such a funny funny day for pick ups.

Most of those phones have low grade boards, lots of insulated copper wire. Nice load.

A lot of the small amount of phones I have scrapped have a gold plated face were the keys are.

But yeah, theres a certain brand of office phones that have used the same software etc since day one. They are completey interchangable with the current brand new systems.

Eesakiwi, yes I know what you mean but they are low grade. Travis, the plugs on the ends of those wires are gold connectors.

Unfortunately as I told travis, at this point there are many more available than there are people in need. Would be more productive to scrap them out than try and resell.

*EDIT to clear up some apparent confusion from customers: This comment was made regarding only the specific models travis sent me. Business phones in general may or may not have resale value, and I'm always happy to assess given part numbers and quantities.

I agree with JohnM. The boards are green on both sides with sone chips and the jacks are gold plated. I would think the boards are mid grade, not low grade.
I still get some in for repair so I may be interested in 10 to 20 for parts. I will check to see what I have and send a PM.
