If you are the boss you never get a day off unless you go on vacation. There is always work related stuff to do especially if you are trying to keep a couple of employees busy. Good job David

Is your time really better spent washing the truck's and changing the oil? Or is it better spent deligating the work to others? Each team or person should be responsable for the vehicle they operate, this includes keeping it clean and making sure the maintenance is done on it.

You have possibly reached the point that you need to deligate these chores and make a list of your new customers and go meet with them and inform them of the other services you offer. They need to meet you and you need to meet them. Just because you have bought a new buisness does not mean that the cutomers are set in stone and guarnteed to be there. You need to make yourself known to them.

You time has just become more valuble, learn to optomize it.

You run the buisness, don't let it run you.

Lazy ain't in our blood. Even when I have a "day off" I wind up working on my truck, doing house repairs or trying to make a quick buck.
