I have been doing this now going on 10 years. About 4 yrs ago we started doing mobile home demolition. Here is what we have learned on doing them. Salvage everything I have buyers down here for everything we pull out of the homes. A simple ad on craigslist for used lumber we sell for half price cleaned and 1/4 price if we havent cleaned it that is all based on new price of the same size lumber. Second strip everything for scrap value if you have sinks cabnets and tub in good shape sell them. I have yet to have one mobile home that we had to burn anything that was salvageable Yea there is going to be pressed wood but throw that in a barrel and burn away. But today mobile home was a good find while tearing it down we discovered a safe that had some old coins and jewlery stored away. We find alot of value in mobile home when we demolition them and make any where from 900-10000 per mobile home if we sell everything we can out of them. Just a little tip if you are going to do a mobile home sell everything you can out of them.
