If I was to use the scrap industry as a guide , Even as a reference, a gritty scrapper like me is seeing something a high power investor possible sees from there own way of figuring the market. (Reading the wall street journal)
I feel that as long as a area of the scrap industry still wants to separate the copper bearing materials to there original condition for use , the market is alive and well and the market still wants the products but just as a good deal..
I suspect unfortunately a large portion of the precious & non precious metal Recovery & Refinery process is conducted on the backs of poor human sacrifices, that is the good deal.
I Guess I am one of the human sacrifices, that the raw edge of the market wants not to see get a deferent interest
