    thanks burly

this is a thanks to burly though I woulda walked away anyway in regards to his demolition thread not being free

I rarely walk away from a car and I mean rarely, I get a call and its a burnout, that's fine I get burnouts all the time and I actually like them you get to pull about $50 worth of wire without taking out a dash, the car is 40 minutes away and we get there and the first thing the guy says is your going to have to unhook your trailer and pull this other trailer out of the way even before he says hello.???? I said wheres the car and he said behind the fence, I say hang on I gotta see whats going on, I get out of the truck and see the car is missing all of its wheels right up against a shop building. I offered my $200 minimum over the phone for a complete car and he never said anything about the wheels.

    so a brief rundown,
    1. the guy is rude from arrival
    2. he wants me to unhook my trailer
    3. hook his trailer,
    4. unhook his trailer
    5. hook my trailer
    6. tear down a section of privacy fence
    7. load a car at an off angle against a shop with no wheels between two fence posts
    8. put a privacy fence back up

with all this I told him I would still pay $100 for the car because of the no wheels and he said he was giving the car away at 200 and no way would he take 100, I told him Im sorry I wasted his time and left. to do all this would have only taken us 45min to an hour. we have walked away a few times from fishy no titles or keys, on the other hand it may have had a totally different outcome had he not been rude ffrom the start, but in reality the fence was the deal breaker, other than this we had a productive day
expect the worst and hope for the best
