    Cut the bulbs off of the xmas lights.
    Cut the plugs and ends off of everything.
    Save the ethernet plugs in a different pile, these go to an ewaste buyer.
    So, now you have wires with no ends, plugs, or bulbs on them. Take them to your scrap yard and sell them.
