Best single haul to your yard?

What's your best load so far? The one that helped my business plan go from plan into action was the best I've had so far: 1451 lbs. #1 CU. @ 3.12 $4527.12. Minus the $500 I paid for it with insulation still intact.

man thats got me beat by a long shot .. my biggest was 831 lbs made 182 bucks !! man i need a trailer bad !!

way back, when i first started scrapping,made a good hit about $ 480,this was when copper #2 was like 80 cents. had quite a bit of shred, really cant remember how much it was paying. This was when the kids were young. used to save up till right before the county fair,use the money for that

Definitely not near that. Congratulations. I also do not have a trailer but I squeezed just under 3000 pounds of cast iron @ .11 a lb, 45 lbs. of CU @ 3.10, and 100 lbs of aluminum @ .52. A very VERY slow drive in a 1500 sierra. That's my biggest load to date. I use a container service though and have about 6 tons taken in each week.

although I can not compare to you, my best load so far, I had about a ton in the bed of heavy iron and a trailer with light iron. brought me $250 however I am sitting on about 150lbs of cu. and when the price goes back up should bring well over 400 bucks!

all i have is chevy 1500 extended cab .. lol

My biggest was last weekend, a random assortment of just about everything, brass, copper, aluminum, hard drives, power supplies, and a few stripped towers for shred. $180. That's a big jump up from the $40 every other week I started at a couple months ago.

Havent brought it in yet, but right now im sitting on about 1800 lbs. of what should be #1 copper. Would like to get it up to at least 2000 lbs. Going to use it for a trip to the Ukraine with the wife.

Since I figure I have made around 1500 trips to the yard it's a big blur already But I remember having $500 dollar days $300 days plenty at $100 and many under $100
some times the yard people are sick of seeing me. Tuff Luck for them !!

Yeah I know exactly what you mean I've been hauling copper since I was 6 having to help my father of course if I loaded & unloaded cleaned & loaded it back up I got payed an jaw dropping 20$ lol I thought I was rich then lol an entire pickup 72 Chevy pick up

For me the most was a little over 1000 lbs of motherboards for about $4000.
