Angry electric moters drop off what a hastle

so I went down to the one kinda local yard today to drop off my mixed elec moters . I have been takin the same types of loads to this place for 2 years about 1 load ever 3 months. it was a 750 lb load of moters, transfomers ,pc/server fans, power blocks, magnatrons, and more lol .they take them mixed .I get there head out to the yard and I dump 2 large trash cans about 200 lbs out and the guy comes up and says hey those arnt elec moters. so after back and forth lol they accept them as copper bearing? not sure what that evan is.they tell me it has something to do with china's new green fence crap.what it the deal lol .I hate when people just decide to change a good thing .it was nice not having to seperate them all. now im not evan sure if there worth buying anymore
any1 else having issue with this green fence crap

I've never heard of this green fence thing, I'll have to look that up.

it is annoying when yards change how they buy. I use two yards and one buys them all separated - different prices for each one. The other yard buys them all mixed as motors, even my copper bearing stuff.

Copper bearing for my yard is stuff like say, the copper windings that come off of computer boards - anything that is copper/plastic mix or copper/metal

I think you were lucky for the last 2 years cause what you had for the most part are not motors in the true sense , those items are copper bearing at my yard.
electric motors are just that, Motors .Transformers pass if there just the steel and wire (cases off) . Fluorescent blasters can pass if you crack em open to just steel and wire
AL wire motors pass by the way along with AL wire transformers.(case removed)

Intact transfomers ,pc/server fans, power blocks, magnatrons, are CB

eah I don't mind the copper bearing .lol its price was higher .I just never knew what it as lol .I don't care how they ring it up as long as the price stays close and I don't have to separate them
