I know the kind your referring to. An yea those suckers are bloody cemented on or something, like others only way I've found to remove them is by breaking that tiny part of the tube. Thankfully I don't get those kind much anymore. Always a pain in the ass. All the others just a quick twist an they usually just pop right on off.
Nice job on the score of 36. When my wife's hotel swapped out their old tube tvs for flat screens I got the fun of breaking down over 50 of the buggers. I think at the end of the day I ended up with 85 or so out of the 110 they had.

Nice, a hotel here gave away 91 about a month ago. I was one of their first responses but i only have a short wide pickup and they wanted all taken at once or none at all. Plus i only have a garage to work out of!!! I would have had those suckers lining my back fence!
