    Nice set up but you may want to wear a dust mask if not one with a filter on it and some goggles. The dust when you cut those gets everywhere. Your dealing with some nasty stuff flying around coming off that board. I use a 4x4 block of wood. Cut a slice in it about 1/4 down across the grain. Put the card in and snap the finger right off.
