    First Account

After reading a post on working to secure accounts I finally got one today..(officially my 4th day actually scrapping)
After a little phone tag with the Mgr. of commercial copier company I received a call today asking if I like to pick up several full size copiers. (the 500lb variety)
Manager called me asking if I would like to come a "few" copiers.
A few is like 38 full size copiers some where 500lbs
The have a second outlet the next major city over and I was invited to take that account as well..
Each outlet averages this many copiers every 60 days or so..
Should be a nice little account...

I got half today finished today will clear up the balance in the am...

    Here is the initial mess:

    Whats left:

    Excited to break these down.
I will be doing a few video and will keep a notebook of how profitable it actually is..

One thing I noticed is these are top end copiers all had high grade boards with memory sticks and other goodies.
Obviously a host of other items fans, motors wire harness, scrap metals etc,,,

Be careful of the toner, stuff will make a mess. Check with your yard, some yards won't take them if they have toner still in them. They do have high end boards in them. Good luck, nice score.

"UPDATE" Again after reading a post about plastics I did some searching and much of what encases these monsters is salable.
So low and behold i have located a local plastics recycler that buys all types of plastics...
I will know Monday the specifics.
If its a go i just cleaned up a big mess and got paid...
    Luvin this..

Dont forget on those toner cartridges...many have a board on them you can pull and you can recycle 10/month at staples, office max, and office depot for $2 in cash back coupons at each store (each has their own program)...either buy stuff you need OR save a couple minths and buy a popular toner cartridge and sell on ebay where you will get the cash...always a way to turn "coupons" into cash...haha!

The plastics buyer is a sham, and never called me back unable to find one within a my state so far..
Have a my father (70) hard a** old man dismantling while i run like a chicken..(Good to have someone you can trust).
