Copper Motors used to be worth a lot more as is. Now were just getting a Dirty AL price around .22/lb depending.

I too have hoarded 2 tons of copper motors. I either take a loss selling them at .22 /lb = $880

or at a projected %30 copper recovery weight by average

4000*.3= 1200 lbs of copper #2 @ 2.50# = $3000

Now I feel forced to tear each and every one a part

Maybe Only half are able to produce copper, leaving us with %15 recovery

4000*.15= 600 @2.50 # = $1500

The remaining 3400#s or so @ .075 = $255
