    I guess the only thing I could suggest would be to consult, yep, an attorney (attorney kinda sounds better but actually was once a sort of "go-fer" and some prefer to be called lawyers ; ) An initial consultation might cost you several hundred dollars, but if you've found the right one (reasonably priced yet knowledgeable) you should have the info for putting it all together. SBA used to be helpful, I'm not sure if it still is or not, but might be worth a "chat" to see. Good luck with it man
