Even last week with all the rain I had one day from the humidity I suffered from heat exhaustion even though I was drinking gatorade and water.
Everyone please be careful and mindful of symptoms and carry plenty of cold hydration with you.
Today the rain is gone but I have been sweating bullets from the get go even though I'm drinking plenty of fluids. You just never can be too careful and this can sneak up on you like flies on honey!
