I used to stay in a nurse's dorm on a county hospital's grounds. The medical examiner's office was in the same building just a few feet away from the kitchen. They didn't do autopsies there but they often dictated reports on autopsies just a few feet away from where we cooked. Not pleasant - I think I lost around fifteen pounds.
People die from a wide variety of natural and not so natural causes - I don't think I'd keep that thing around for long.
